We've kept this short on purpose — it covers the basics of what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. If a clause here surprises you, write to our team before you agree to it.
01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Arooj Technology, the operator of Nexus AI Support Engine(the “Service”). By creating an account, embedding our widget, or otherwise accessing the Service you accept these Terms.
If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not have that authority, do not use the Service.
02The Service
Nexus AI Support Engine is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform that ingests Customer-provided documentation, indexes it for retrieval, and exposes a chat widget and APIs your end-users can use to ask questions and trigger guided walkthroughs.
We may, at any time, add, modify, or remove features or model providers. Material changes that reduce functionality you rely on will be announced at least thirty (30) days in advance.
03Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, for safeguarding credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service is not directed to children under sixteen (16). You may not use it if you are below that age.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- Upload content you do not have rights to use, or that contains malware or executable payloads;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission;
- Bypass or disable rate limits, plan caps, authentication, or content guardrails;
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service in a way that disguises its origin to its actual end-users; or
- Train, fine-tune, or build a competing service using outputs you obtain from the Service.
05Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via SkipCash on a monthly or annual cycle, in advance. Plans renew automatically until canceled.
Usage caps (AI messages, monthly token budget, projects, knowledge size, seats) are enforced per billing period. Exceeding either the message or token cap pauses AI replies until the next UTC month; it does not generate overage charges.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Promotional credits, free trials, and partner discounts are governed by their specific terms.
06Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct we believe is illegal or that threatens the Service or other customers.
On termination we will, on written request within thirty (30) days, export your Customer Data in a machine-readable format. After that window we may delete it.
07Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interfaces, and trademarks. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the subscription term.
You retain all rights in your Customer Data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service, including indexing, embedding, and processing it through our model providers.
08Customer data and AI processing
“Customer Data” means content you upload, content sent through the widget, and metadata generated by your end-users. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not use Customer Data to train shared models. Inputs and outputs may be processed transiently by our AI providers (currently AWS Bedrock) under their data-processing agreements.
09Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information using the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and at least reasonable care. Confidential information may be disclosed only to employees, advisors, or sub-processors who need access and are bound by similar duties.
10Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in regulated, financial, medical, legal, or safety-critical contexts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your breach of applicable law.
13Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes will be announced at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.
14Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Doha, State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
